For Lundbeck pharmaceuticals we were initially brought in to create a meaningful conference theme to run over 12 months. This included scripting all the presenters to ensure one brand voice across the different event presentations and devising, scripting and editing the introductory and linking videos. We scripted our personality presenters so that they too were an integral part of the conference and the theme, plus we ensured
King catering supplies was another story... with 10 days to go before the conference went live and none of the
7 director-presenters agreeing what should be said or how, it was a real case of event rescue. Within the time available we worked with each presenter to re-script
their presentations so that when the event went live
it really did sound like a united, cohesive conference
