It doesn’t matter if it’s an intimate dinner or an international extravaganza for more than 600 or somewhere in between, we’ve successfully created and run gala dinners in exclusive restaurants, on privatised yachts, on paddle steamers, in warehouses, wine cellars, country mansions, European palaces, landscaped gardens, 16th century barns and disused cinemas to name but a few

Of course we also have a long list of examples where
for budget or time constraints, the gala dinner has been held on the same site as the rest of the event – and on many occasions in the same room where the main plenary sessions took place just hours before. We use our experience and our network along with the support and knowledge of the in-house teams to transform the plenary rooms – often with a result that the in-house teams have never seen before
