but as far as large, complicated events go, the biannual Reebok EMEA marketing meetings and product launches that are on average 10 days on-site, stand out as one of the best examples to share
Launch after launch, year after year, we’ve been trusted to manage the entire development and delivery process of their increasingly involved events for well over 500 delegates and around 75 crew in various European cities.
The photos above show some of the impact created by the shows, production values and visual merchandising that we manage but they don’t show the additional 12 200sqm product breakout rooms we oversee, the 5 main meeting rooms we co-ordinate, the 2100+ bedroom
nights we book and manage, all the F&B we organise,
the ground transfers we arrange, the delegates we take care of, the 29 or so 3rd party suppliers we source and
co-ordinate or the additional group sporting events and parties we organise
And the photos certainly don’t show all the work behind the events: the initial venue searches and negotiations, the registrations and changes, all the spreadsheets, emails, timescales and meetings involved but they do hopefully give a flavour of the kind of large events we
can handle, the budgets that we’re given total control over and the kind of results that our clients enjoy
